  • Voice transcripts: sent to Claude AI to parse reminder details. Raw audio is never stored.
  • Reminder data: titles, dates, categories, repeat settings, and delivery preferences.
  • Device tokens: push notification tokens for Android and iOS.
  • Usage data: completion rates and streaks to power your insights.

How We Use Your Information

  • To create and deliver reminders via push notifications and WhatsApp.
  • To parse voice input using Claude AI and extract reminder details.
  • To provide insights and streak tracking based on your reminder history.
  • To authenticate your account via Google or Apple sign-in.
  • To send launch notifications if you joined our waitlist.

Third-Party Services

  • Anthropic (Claude AI) — voice transcripts are processed to parse reminders.
  • Meta (WhatsApp) — reminders are sent via Meta's Cloud API if you enable it.
  • Firebase (Google) — used for Android push notifications.
  • Apple APNs — used for iOS push notifications.
  • AWS — infrastructure including DynamoDB storage and Cognito authentication.

Data Storage & Security

  • Data is stored securely on AWS DynamoDB.
  • Authentication is handled by AWS Cognito with industry-standard security.
  • We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.
  • Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Your Rights

  • Update your profile information at any time within the app.
  • Delete your account and all associated data via our data deletion page.
  • Opt out of WhatsApp reminders at any time from app settings.
  • Unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time.
