These terms govern your use of RemindAI, operated by Zyron Technologies. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By downloading, installing, or using RemindAI, you agree to these Terms of Service.
  • If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
  • We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Use of the Service

  • RemindAI is a personal productivity tool for setting and receiving reminders.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use RemindAI.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not use RemindAI for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

Free & Pro Plans

  • The Free plan allows up to 10 voice-parsed reminders per day.
  • The Pro plan ($4/month) provides unlimited voice parses, WhatsApp delivery, and priority support.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge.

AI-Powered Features

  • RemindAI uses Claude AI (by Anthropic) to parse your voice input into structured reminders.
  • AI parsing is provided as-is and may occasionally produce incorrect results.
  • You should always verify parsed reminder details before confirming.
  • We are not liable for missed reminders resulting from AI parsing errors.

WhatsApp Delivery

  • WhatsApp delivery is available on the Pro plan and requires linking your phone number.
  • WhatsApp messages are sent via Meta's Cloud API. Standard WhatsApp terms apply.
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by WhatsApp or network issues.

Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from the app or via our data deletion page.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

  • RemindAI is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind.
  • Zyron Technologies is not liable for any missed reminders, lost data, or indirect damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
